Sandringham Pony & Horse Show

Sandringham.jpg

In June, I am proud to be a ring sponsor for the Pony & Horse Show at the Sandringham Estate.

Over the last few years, the show has grown tremendously, to now include open classes, working hunter trials, dressage and more as well as the native breed specific classes on which it was founded.

The show promises to be a celebration of horses and ponies of all shapes and sizes!

As an added bonus, I'm so excited to be meeting up with some old and new friends from IEP (International Equine Professionals).  Having spoken to the show organiser, I realised that the audience would be perfect for showcasing the amazing Equischolars programme, founded and developed by my good friend, Kate Blackmore.  Kate jumped at the chance and immediately formed a team to come with her, including more friends! Louise Napthine, Equischolars Ambassador and creator of Why Do Horses will be there, along with Nicky Ross of Horse Play. Both collaboratively and individually, they are creating some amazing, interactive learning for young horse-lovers both here in the UK and internationally.  Their work focuses on true understanding of equine behaviour, and the emotional and physical welfare which really needs to be embraced by the next generations of equestrians.
